One of the best locations so you don't get tied up in summer traffic on the island. This is up a long quiet road great for biking or walking. only 1.5 miles from Rt. 1 so you can have easy access to down east Maine as well. Many restaurants, parks, and many shops are all only 10 to 15 minutes away. Blunts pond and beach is only 5 miles away for fresh water swimming or Lamoine Beach is less than 10 minutes away with one of the few sand beaches in Maine.
