Kayaker's dream...easy walk .... One hundred feet to the water.....because you don't want to climb down the cliff...walk across the lawn to the private access road and launch your kayak....walk the beach or ask the resident lobster man to drop off fresh lobsters on his way home this afternoon....Great home.........
