The villa is located in a quiet area of Cala en Porter. Within walking distance there are restaurants, bars and shops, supermarkets, a safe sandy beach with a promenade which has local run cafes and bars with a lovely view of the beach. A local market can be found in the village square on Monday and Thursday evenings. Cala en porter is located 10km from Mahon, reliable buses provide transport to and from Mahon bus station where further connection buses are available to get to other destinations.

To the first right is the master bedroom with a king size bed, this bedroom has its own re-furbished en suite bathroom which has a large walk in shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen to the rear of the lounge which has an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. To the right of the kitchen is another spacious bedroom which has two single beds. To the left of the lounge is another twin bedroom and re-furbished bathroom. At the side of the property there is an outhouse with laundry facilities and a chest freezer.
In front of the villa we have a pergola, an outside eating area, solid built barbecue, private pool with sun loungers, steps between the villa and outhouse lead to the roof terrace. There is both off road parking and also designated road parking outside the property.
