Located in a residential area close to shopping, restaurants, dining, art and culture. Very close to the American Court of Human Rights and University of Costa Rica and 15 minutes away from downtown San Jose where important tourist attractions are located.
A quiet place in a very tranquil area. The place is run by a multiculural and friendly team and the apartments are decorated with beautiful paintings from Jim, the owner.
Hablamos Español e Inglés. The staff are available during working hours should guests need any information, borrow a special cooking pan, pick up laundry, forgot your toothpaste, or something.
We have washing machine and dryer for our guests to use within the premises for a small fee ( located in the common area for the use of all 4 apartments, service available Monday through Saturday).

There's an adjacent, separate house that has a large porch and guests are welcome to use it anytime and relax in the patio chairs.
