The Space:
This home is special in so many ways. The beautiful views, lots of parking, access to the river and also the property itself. The shared backyard has so much room for activities! There is a patio with a BBQ and outdoor setting, a toasty firepit and an inbuilt trampoline for endless hours of entertainment and fun!
Meander down the hill and you'll have access the river where you can enjoy a picnic or a cold dip.
Your private, self-contained unit is a blend of style, comfort and convenience. The open living-kitchen is super comfy with a light and bright space. The lounge room is the perfect spot to sit and chat or watch a show on the smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen houses modern appliances, cookware, cooking essentials and island bench seating.
The 2 bedrooms are located off the lounge, each with queen beds and storage. The main queen bedroom features its own TV, reading materials and an ensuite with a walk-in shower, an in-built laundry and mobility friendly features including grab rails in the toilet and shower. A friendly heads up that the ensuite is the only bathroom in the unit and is accessible only via the main bedroom. The second bedroom has it's own outdoor exit.

Your unit is in the same building; however, separate to the other apartments. The backyard, BBQ and patio area is shared with the complex. Please be aware that the bathroom in the unit is an ensuite, accessible only via the main bedroom.
Just a heads-up: The 5th sleeping arrangement is a long single bed which is revealed after removing the top cushions of the sofa in the theatre room. Feel free to use it, but please note that it won't be pre-made. Guests can find the linen in the cupboard opposite the kitchen. Thanks for your understanding.
