The home is a retreat; North facing, elevated and private.
A warm spacious family home with an open plan dining & modern kitchen stepping down into the lounge, it has a recently renovated bathroom with separate toilet & laundry.
The home has 3 double bedrooms with wardrobes, two of which along with the living areas open out onto decks at the front of the house, capturing sunrise & sunset views and everything in between.
Nestled in the native gardens at the back of the house is an inground pool surrounded by decking, the pool area is fully fenced and perfect for kids to cool off in.
Situated on Glenview Road, Motupipi, the driveway leads up to the house with plenty of room to park the cars & boat. The big gardens with winding paths and sandpit are perfect for the kids to explore.
