4 Bedroom House in Cooks Beach
A new house in Cooks Beach with 4 double bedrooms that can sleep up to 9. (6 Adults max sharing and a kids room suitable for 3-4 kids, the bunk has a double bed on the bottom, single above and a fold out single).
Privately located at the end of a safe cul-de-sac, our house is on a large flat section with plenty of room for parking and playing. The large front lawn has a trampoline and jungle gym for the kids and is boarded by mature trees with large decks positioned to take advantage of the sun.
A large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen open up onto the decks with bi-fold windows from the kitchen and dining room, and stacked ranch sliders from the lounge. The large deck space has an outdoor table that seats 8 as well as outdoor couches and armchairs and a wood fired pizza oven (usable outside of fire bans) a family Webber Q bbq and 5 seater spa pool.
The kitchen has a large well equipped scullery with water dispenser & ice maker fridge, separate drinks fridge and dishwasher.
4 bedrooms in total, 3 have a queen bed and 1 has a double bed with a single bed above and a fold out single bed if required. The singles only suit children. There is a portacot available if needed.

Conveniently located a short 50m walk to the beautiful Purangi estuary and playground (photo included of the estuary at the end of the street) and a 200m walk to Cooks Beach.
Guests to provide own linen and towels.
Lots of kitchen basics provided like salt, vinegar and flour etc..
2 x adult paddle boards and a trolly to get them to the water and 2 x kids kayaks with paddles available, please take care of them.
We also have 2 cats that will remain here, they have a cat door and plenty of food, they are kid friendly and may like someone to snuggle with in the evening.

Short walk to Cooks Beach or Purangi Estuary.
Tennis courts, dairy, takeaways, liquor shop, renowned Go Vino restaurant and The Vessel bar.
Boat ramp only minutes away.
There are plenty of walks in the area - Lonely Bay, Shakespeare Point and Flaxmill Bay or you can drive to Catherdral Cove, Hahei, Hot Water Beach.
You can walk to and enjoy the stunning views of Cooks Beach from the deck of Mercury Bay Estate Winery and Restaurant.
The Hive (a short drive back down Purangi Road) is excellent for dining with kids and big groups. BBQ picnic tables are set under old kiwifruit vines and there is ample space for kids to run around while you enjoy a drink in the sun.
Ferry Landing is a quick 5 min drive and offers a short 1 minute passenger ferry ride to Whitianga with many shops, restaurants, cafe’s and supermarkets.
