Positive: The layout was superb. The three outdoor seating areas were excellent, allowing for barbecues and sheltered sunbathing, and the size of the property was excellent. Three good sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms would enable 6 adults to use the house with ease. The decor was tasteful and in a local style and the breakfast option, for around 11€, was excellent value for money and delicious. We really enjoyed the fact the house is located in a quiet part of the town and only 5 minutes from the centre. I would strongly recommend this house to others looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Arta, which was a magical town. We visited other, larger towns within a 40 minute drive, but found Arta to be superior. The number of quality restaurants and value for money was excellent and it is a great base to stay and then explore. A brilliant property and cannot recommend highly enough.

Negative: The TV had over 1000 channels, but only 2 in English. It would have been good for a wider selection, instead of German and Turkish.
