The house is next to Lansdowne Park Retirement so no noisy neighbours, the area is quiet and well-kept and is a cul-de-sac. Situated a 5 minute drive from central Masterton, 45 minutes to Castlepoint or Riversdale and 20 minutes to Mt Holdsworth.
Please note: The property happily accommodates 4 people in two double bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can also be utilised.
