Centrally located in the desirable Three Palms Point Community, there are restaurants, stores, and of course, the beach, in close proximity.
This gorgeous home comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Twin Beds. It features plenty of room to spread out in 1,920 sq. ft. of heated and air conditioned space, brand new in Fall, 2021.
Our spacious, well-designed home is ideal for guests who need to incorporate work, whether as a full-time remote employee, simply checking in to your office sporadically, or even as a remote location in paradise for solo pursuits.
High speed WiFi is available throughout the property, allowing guests to set up their work station virtually anywhere on-site, including on the pool deck overlooking the canal.
Careful though, your co-workers may become jealous if you are on a Zoom call with gorgeous waterviews over your shoulder.
Both the Master Bedroom and Queen Bedroom have sliding glass doors overlooking the pool deck.
As you approach this one-story home, you’ll notice the professional lush landscaping. When you enter, you’ll see the beauty of the house’s split plan layout with its pool and canal visible outside the Florida room’s sliding glass door.
Take two steps to the left, and you will be in the spacious, open, and airy living room, dining room, and kitchen area, also overlooking the pool deck. Relax while watching your favorite shows on our new 65” smart TV, enabled for cable or your streaming provider.
Speaking of television, there are two more sets in the Florida room and the Master BR, which will provide plenty of options for visitors to watch favorite shows without conflict.
Kitchen features brand new appliances, cookware, glassware, plates, and utensils (as of Summer 2021). You can eat inside at the dining room table with seating for 6, casually at the granite kitchen counter, or at the outside patio table overlooking the water.
The pantry includes many appliances such as blender, citrus juicer, crock pot, heating tray, and , of course, a coffee maker! The linen closet is filled with sheets, bath towels and beach towels.
Out back, the expansive, partially-covered pool deck is perfect for relaxing, entertaining and leads to the pool and the 12x12’ sitting dock.
If you enjoy barbecue, there is a new propane grill with 3 burners, smoker-option, and all the hardware the grill-meister will need. You will love dining outdoors under the covered terrace.
On the opposite side of the house is a second bedroom overlooking the pool, a full bathroom, third bedroom, and a dedicated indoor laundry room.
The large west-facing pool deck offers a spectacular waterfront view which changes throughout the day depending on weather, lighting, and time of day.
ACTIVITIES & THINGS TO DO
With direct sun heating the pool, you can enjoy swimming nearly year-round, though it may be chilly in the dead of Florida's winter. For instance, in late September, the pool temperature was 85 degrees - refreshing, without it feeling cold, even to lifelong Floridians.
For beach lovers, an easy 1/2 mile walk will bring you to the white sands and warm waters of St. Pete Beach, highly regarded as the "Sunset Capital of Florida."
Located in popular Pinellas County, this home is just minutes from trendy downtown St. Petersburg, with all its museums, galleries, craft breweries, and nightlife.
If you enjoy spectator sports, professional baseball is just 8 miles away, with NFL football and NHL hockey a short drive into Tampa.
Water sports of ALL types (fishing, sailing, boating, Jet Skiing, kayaking, swimming, etc.) are available close by.
If you are a participant in endurance sports, there are plenty of opportunities to run, cycle, and swim in organized competitions or join local group sessions.
