Parking for three cars on site. Guests have access to the entire first floor including bedrooms, kitchen, laundry room and living room with entertainment center. You'll also have the hot tub outside, a large picnic table, beach chairs, towels and toys. Walk right down to the beach and enjoy the surf and sand or walk a few blocks south and you're on the beautiful bluffs above Pleasure Point watching world class surfing or exploring the many coves and tide pools. It's 5 minutes by car or 15 by bike to the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk or the quaint beachside resort of Capitola Village. Just a bit further and you're on downtown Santa Cruz's Pacific Avenue, home of boutique shops, restaurants, coffee houses and world-class entertainment.
