The house retains charming original 1948 features including; high ceilings, retro cornices and Tasmanian hardwood floorboards throughout.
Located in sought after New Town, only 3.5kms from Hobart CBD, 4kms from the iconic Salamanca place and 2kms to bustling North Hobart food strip.
The space:
There is a generous sized kitchen if you wish to make the most of Tasmania’s amazing produce, the kitchen includes a new oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine.
The double fridge offers ample storage for all the local goodies and premium consumables you may collect - think Bruny Island cheeses and cool climate wines!
Both bedrooms are spacious with new beds and quality bed linen.
Servicing the home is a bathroom which includes both a bath and shower, and a separate WC.

•Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsular- 1.20h drive- This is a full day trip with so much on offer… Pennicot Wilderness cruises, Eaglehawk Neck and the blow hole, the Coal Mines historical site, Remarkable caves….gorgeous beaches…..
Getting around:
There is an allocated car space on the property as well as plenty of free street parking on the street.
Uber and numerous taxi services operate 24/7 and costs roughly $11 to get into Hobart and the waterfront.
Electric scooters are also available and are quite often ready to go near the supermarket. A popular and fun way of getting around!
There is a bus stop on New Town road 150 meters from the house which links you to both the city and neighbouring suburbs including the trendy Moonah food hub.
