Plus, you’re just a short walk to shops and cafes if you need supplies, a coffee before heading up the mountain, or you fancy a meal out.

Please note that there is a maximum of 8 adults allowed at this property.As there is a section of the deck without a barrier with a small drop on to the grass, and also a fixed bench seat on a section of the deck, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls.The spa pool area is not fenced but there is a lockable cover. When the spa pool cover is off, adults should closely supervise young children.While the property welcomes pets and is mostly fenced, pet owners should keep an eye on their pets at all times.Please note that for the time being, the children's bunk room (bedroom 4) does not have a door and it is closed off by a curtain.The Bunks in bedroom 3 are king single bunks and suitable for adults, while the bunks in bedroom 4 are single and suitable for children.Please note that there is an additional guest toilet at the property for added convenience.Please note there is an exterior security camera facing the driveway that is only monitored for activity outside of guest bookings. There is also an exterior security camera on the driveway facing upwards from the road which will be left on during guest bookings.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
