Our kitchen is fully equipped, with a cooking fireplace, steam injection oven, and four gas burners. We provide a pantry of basic supplies to make your shopping and cooking easier. Please help yourselves to flour, sugar, cereal, olive oil, vinegar, spices, and all manner of coffee and teas. Rosemary, parsley. thyme, chives, oregano and bay leaves grow outside the kitchen door. If you'd like, we will send you suggestions on where to find nice provisions for your stay.
