- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking inside. Pets are not permitted.
- This is a personal home, made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.
- This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
- The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. This home is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.
- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).
- Late arrivals are available on request for an additional charge of NZ$50.00.
