Just a 5minute walk to the waterfront & some of Nelson's top eateries: The Boat Shed, Harbour Light Bistro, Nahm Thai & just a little further to Styx Restaurant & Cafe. It's an easy ride or short drive to the beach or Nelson City, but both are within walking range for avid walkers & explorers!
The home provides great indoor-outdoor flow, with many places to relax in the sun or chill in the shade & the ever-changing sea, sky & activity on the water provides excellent entertainment at every glance!
