Located on a beautiful resort with 2,400 acres which includes miles of biking trails, world class golf courses, onsite dining and retail, a marina and beach access this vacation home has it all. The shops, restaurants and shopping at Baytown Wharf are a short walk away, but guests can easily drive both golf carts with all guests to the Wharf, marina and beach. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
