Otematata is located in the heart of the Lakes District. It is a great place for fishing, boating, skiing and water lovers. It is a very peaceful location and most relaxing.
Our house is a set up to cater for multiple families, it has a large living areas, sky tv, gas hot water and a fantastic deck to enjoy the sun. With a large yard, off street parking, walking distance to the river and lake, it is the perfect place for family holidays.

Linen supplied - duvets, blankets, pillows, sheets, pillow cases, 1 bath towel per person, tea towel, dish cloth.
Bring your own face cloths and beach towels if required.
Cleaning, linen hire and wheelie bin collection is a compulsory charge per booking of $150 NZD. Additional charges will apply if the property is not left up to standard - this includes any extra cleaning, rubbish removal, repairs, damage or replacement.

Pets are allowed outside only. The property is fully fenced but note that some fencing is on the low side.
