Summary: I stayed many many times when it was under Nikopolis management and it was a fantastic hotel. To my disappointment it was a totally different experience. Firstly, the room had a very bad smell. It didn't give me the feeling of being clean. None of the internal telephone numbers was working. I tried reception, room service, bar, restaurant, nothing. Alarm sound all night from the corridor. Licking taps in the bathroom showing very bad maintenance. When it was Nikopolis I was always offered some fruits, wine or something. Only one small bottle of shampoo and body wash for two persons for two nights. There was not even water. I had to go out of the room to buy some. Apart from that, staff was extremely polite and helpful, breakfast was a heaven and dinner at the restaurant very tasty.
