The main home on the upper level is accessed at the driveway level and has a comfortable lounge, dining area and kitchen together with 3 bedrooms - two fitted with Super Kings and one with a bunk bed. There is an additional family bathroom on this level.

The apartment on the lower level is accessed via external and internal stairs and has its own lounge and kitchenette with 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Each bedroom opens out onto the patio and garden with an additional BBQ. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom 5 is fitted with Queen and a King Single beds.
On the lower level, there is a private garden for the children to play in.
