Positive: The dogs and owner were friendly

Negative: This is a room in a house and is far too close to the owner for any privacy, even sharing their bathroom. The house seems to be in quite a rough area, with lots of people shouting and swearing. There was no kettle and a lot of aircraft noise.

Summary: A bit overpriced
