This is a recently partially renovated cottage that sits in private bush and garden. Perfect place to unwind and be away from prying eyes, just shut the front gate to block out the world. The cottage sits on 9.5 acres of wild garden and established trees. Note this property is not fully fenced and is on a main road so not suitable for pets or unsupervised children.
Private beautiful bush, simple back to basics living and plenty of off street parking for boats and jet skis. This country cottage has two bedrooms upstairs plus foldout couch on top of landing (if required) and a sleep out for any overflow or to give the teenagers their own space. No frills style home with only one bathroom and separate toilet. There is a stream that can be found if you look hard enough but adult supervision is recommended as there is a definite jumanji feel out there.
