The beautiful, bright and spacious ground floor house is located in a beautiful yard right next to the promenade.

The house includes two bedrooms, a spacious living room with sea view, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom,
Plenty of amenities are also included (Jacuzzi, dish washer, washing machine, coffee maker etc are also provided) providing a comfortable stay.
The first bedroom has a double bed while the second has two single ones (that can be also joined in a double one); a playpen is available for little children.
From the front porch and the comfortable garden chairs you will enjoy the sea view while you dine, and relax in the private courtyard filled with flowers.

In the village and within five minutes walking distance from the house, there is a mini market, wonderful fish taverns, interesting cafes and a popular bar. Also, in less than 1km away there is also the beautiful and large Santova beach with the fine sand, the small pebbles and the wild beach bars.
The beautiful Kalamata city is only 12km away, while there are plenty wonderful rich lands, various beaches, seaside and fishing villages, archeological and historical monuments to visit.
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop in a small walking distance from the house for the buses that take you to and from Kalamata city. In Kalamata, which is 12km from the house, there is an international airport, a port and a bus station with itineraries from and to plenty of destinations in Greece.
