Boat access is available on the reserve next door to the property at high tide. Note there are very large tides in this area and boat launching at low tide can be very difficult. There is a 2 tonne mooring available with the property.There is a mooring available to guests. Mooring number 593 with the surname NEAL painted on. It is almost in line with the boat access on the reserve. As the property has unfenced access to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Guests should note that his property has limited water supply so water conservation is advised at all times.Please note cell phone reception may be limited due to the location of the property.
