The GROUND FLOOR is wheelchair accessible and contains 1 Master Bedroom with its own full Bathroom, Family Room with high speed WIFI, Cable HD TV with DVR and DVD/VCR players, Dining Room, fully equipped Kitchen, Powder Room and a separate Laundry room with washer and dryer.
The UPPER FLOOR contains 4 Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms (one of which with a tub).
The large FINISHED BASEMENT - which is a nice play area for children with toys and games and also has a separate BEDROOM. The main area features a large Sofa (sleeper queen), ideally positioned to enjoy the LCD TV with separate DVD & VCR players.

The centre piece of the ground floor is a modern fully equipped KITCHEN, with a BREAKFAST AREA adjacent to an open space Family room. The floor also features a separate DINING ROOM with an extendable table to seat up to 12 guests, a POWDER ROOM, COAT CLOSET and a separate LAUNDRY ROOM.
KITCHEN
The fully furnished Kitchen comes with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with a 4-stove cooking unit and a built in microwave. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a dual sink. The breakfast area features an extendable table with a nice view out on the country side. A few steps will take you out to the patio.
FAMILY ROOM
The spacious family room contains three large Sofas with a big coffee table. There is high speed WIFI and for family entertainment, it also features a 42" LCD flat HDTV (Comcast Cable) with DVR, DVD/VCR players and CD player with iPod dock.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH
This master bedroom has a Queen size bed with dual side tables & lamps. It also features a matching full length dresser with mirror and a walk-in closet. A seating area invites to relax.
The master bath features a large shower with a sitting area. The double vanity top will make getting ready that much easier.
The large FINISHED BASEMENT - which is also a great play area for children with some toys, games, DVDs and VCRs - comes with a separate BEDROOM (double bed). The main area features a sofa, ideally positioned to enjoy the 32'' LCD TV with separate DVD & VCR players.
UPPER FLOOR: SECOND MASTER BEDROOM & BATH
The upper floor features a second master bedroom with a Queen size bed and dual side tables & lamps. It also features a matching full length dresser with mirror and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a spacious stand up shower and double vanity top.
GUEST BEDROOMS
Two guest bedrooms come with each a Queen size bed with side tables & lamps.
One guest bedroom is furnished with two Single beds.
All rooms are equipped with a dresser and walk-in closets.
The upper floor also has a separate full Bathroom with a double vanity top and a bathtub/shower.
Our vacation home can only be made available for a family (extended / multi-generational), since based on local zoning regulation our home can only be used for a family, which is one or more individuals related by blood, marriage or adoption or up to three unrelated individuals who maintain a common household and live within one dwelling unit.
