The apartment is located just over a mile from the city centre in an attractively landscaped courtyard close to the local amenities on offer on Easter Road and Leith Walk, where you will find a vast cosmopolitan variety of small local retailers, cafes and restaurants. A Sainsburys supermarket is nearby at Meadowbank Retail Park for grocery shopping.
The area is very well served by local buses with regular links to the City and surrounding areas, including Princes Street that offers further high street retailers and specialist shopping. The Omni Centre and the cities cinemas, theatres and galleries are just a short distance away.
The spacious open plan living/kitchen area is ideal for relaxing or rustling up some culinary treats following a day sightseeing to enjoy at the dining table, while the L shaped sofa converts into a double sofa bed for two additional guests if required. This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 10:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have only booked for two guests, there will be an additional fee for the provision of the sofa bed.
