The floor to ceiling glass doors front and back slide wide open to let the outside in. Plenty of toys, books and board games for indoor entertainment when required.
The main house has 2 large bedrooms with king beds in each plus another room with 2 single click clack sofa beds. 2 large bathrooms, one with a spa bath. There is another bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom across the courtyard.
Plenty of room directly off the road for boat parking and vehicles. You are only a few minutes walk from the best swimming beach at the lake, playground, public tennis
courts and boat launch.
There are kayaks and bikes available to use or why not take a water taxi ride across the lake to hot water beach or the drop off point for the Tarawera Falls walk. Enjoy mountain biking, walking tracks, fishing, swimming, boating or just lazing around. All this and you’re only 20 minutes drive from Rotorua and all it has to offer.
As shown in the photos, this property is not fully fenced and there is a steep drop-off to a large expanse of bush nearby as well as access to the lake. It is essential that guests take personal responsibility for the safety of their group in and around the bush area adjacent to the property. Adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.All guests are encouraged to use the handrail when accessing the external stairs to the beach as they are quite steep. Please note that there is only intermittent mobile phone reception at this property due to the remote location.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
