The ground floor:
The lounge is split into 2 areas for seating around the wood burning stove and is furnished with two 2-seater sofas, chair, TV and small dining area with table and chairs. Off the lounge is a south facing sun lounge with more seating and access to the front garden with patio with outdoor seating and a barbeque. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pots, pans and ample kitchenware. Option to use the AGA range cooker which also runs the central heating. The dining area has church pews and table and has access to patio and front garden. The large utility room has a washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/ freezer, iron and board. There is an additional shower room with toiler and access to the rear of the cottage. The bathroom benefits from a bath with shower, basin and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with reading lamps,
chest of drawers and a TV.

Outside the property there is a front garden with a large lawn which is fenced all around offering a secure space for children. There is a patio with outside furniture and a barbeque. The rear of the cottage has a patio area. There is private parking for 2 cars. Please note: The cottage is on a working farm with livestock and farm vehicles moving around. this will not affect guest privacy but those staying with young children should ensure they are supervised when outside. Golspie’s town centre is 1 mile north of White House, allowing you to stroll to the many local shops, including a supermarket, restaurant, pubs and cafes. The beach, harbour and golf course are also nearby. Brora, the next village along, is an interesting place with a great sandy beach and championship golf course, distillery and Dunrobin Castle.
