Downstairs ,a full very well equipped kitchen and facilities, Italian pod coffee machine & a selection of Italiano pod coffee, breakfast bar seating for 4, open plan attractively furnished living area with a large leather 2 seater lounge sofa and 2 single designer chairs (which can be converted to single sofa beds. We supply bed linen or single sleeping bags with liners for the sofa beds. ) A second efficient air conditioning unit is in the living area. There are plenty of rugs and pillows for that comfy stay!
