Summary: The property is in a fabulous location but is tired. The main house is what we expected. The kitchen was well stocked but had little storage space. The bathroom was clean but the hot water pressure is very low. The heat pump works well. Unfortunately the sleeping arrangements let the property down. All the bedding is old and the beds in the sleep out need replacing. The metal bunks creaked everytime you moved. It also smelt musty and damp when we arrived. You also cannot lock the sliding door from the inside and the lock barrel fell out several times. We enjoyed our time in South Bay but some improvements would have made it a lot better.
