The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. Kitchenware like pots and pans, plates, etc is also provided.
Enjoy a good night’s sleep in the lovely bedrooms, complete with king-size beds in both bedrooms, fresh hotel-quality linens, and ample storage space in the wardrobes and drawers. Enjoy the convenience of the en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom.
The main bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and complimentary toiletries and fresh towels!
Enjoy the use of the other amenities in our home, including the washing machine and dryer.

## Neighborhood
The apartment is close to excellent amenities and within easy reach of the city centre. For those who enjoy exploring by foot Edinburgh's main attractions are all within a 25 minute walk away, which makes the location especially ideal for guests staying during the Edinburgh Festival period. Alternatively there are regular bus links to the city centre.
The flat is located in Meadowbank area of the city. Meadowbank Retail Park is only a few minutes away where there is a Sainsbury's supermarket as well as other retail outlets. Holyrood Park and Arthurs seat are approximately 10 minutes away where you can enjoy a relaxing walk in the park with spectacular views of the city.
Alternatively, the apartment is situated close to one of the city's main bus routes which will grant you quick access to the entire city.
## Transit
This apartment is the perfect place for those wanting to explore the beautiful historical city of Edinburgh. It is situated in a quiet area of the city, with easy access to Edinburgh's Holyrood Park. Holyrood Palace and Edinburgh's famous extinct volcano 'Arthur's seat, are only a 15 minute walk away from the apartment. Traditional and modern pubs to relax in at night and a major retail park close by also. Bus links to the City Centre can be found at the top of the road and there are many taxi companies operating in the area.
## Notes
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of GBP 30 and after midnight is GBP 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
