With ample space (300sqm/3000sqf) to house a large or mix of families, Dunalistair House sits proudly overlooking the Jack Nicklaus Signature Course at The Kinloch Club. Four super-king ensuite bedrooms split into two wings of the house which flank a vast open plan kitchen / dining and living area - open the huge stacking doors to allow some of the planets cleanest air ventilate the home. Star gazing at night here will blow you away !
Architectural magnificence won the architect, Brendon Gordon, national awards for this home - the use of cedar and stone features exemplify the integrity and thought that has gone into ensuring this home is a design of timeless significance. Views include a lake with an abundance of bird life with the golf course in the back ground.
