Upstairs deck views with Bbq and a 1 minute walk to the beach and a short distance to launch the boat. Paddle board available for use. Easy to relax or enjoy our walks and the beautiful bay.
Upstairs heating is available . Lounge ceiling fan and stereo. Garden hose in garage to wash the boat and a fish bench.
