You have full access to the entire property which includes a hot tub spa pool, fire pit and trampoline. Kayaks and stand up paddleboards are available if you would like a touch of adventure.

The Space:
The studio room has a king sized bed, small kitchenette (no sink so dishes can be washed in the bathroom), coffee machine and basic cooking facilities. The bathroom is designed to be wheelchair friendly.
The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood is 10 mins from many of the Rotorua attractions and town. Within ngongotaha famous fishing spots are just around the corner.
Getting Around:
We recommend a car for transport.
Other Things to Note:
Please note the studio is attached to our home, although completely separate entrance. There is sometimes some noise transfer between the spaces.
The outdoor facilities are shared between 2 airbnbs and hence we ask that you only use each facility for maximum an hour to allow other guests to enjoy.
