You have your own private jetty complete with kayaks for lake explorations. There's a scenic walking trail nearby as well as the Waititi Stream - one of the best trout fishing spots in the world!

Heating is no issue in winter, with a cosy fireplace, HRV, and two heat pumps. In summer, the air conditioning, fans (and regular dips in the lake!) will help cool you down.

The nearby Ngongotaha Village is only a few minutes drive away, with convenience stores, a quaint cafe, playgrounds and a small supermarket. A beautiful lakeside pathway also leads here if you fancy walking.
There is a bus stop on the street and Rotorua also has Ubers and taxi services.
An array of attractions are all within a 20 minute drive - including geothermal sites and hot mineral spas, the gondola, luge and Zorb, native forest canopy tours, the Agrodome and lion park, the Redwood Forest tree top walks and world class mountain biking trails, markets, cafes and eateries, just to name a few!

Taxi and Uber services are also readily available in Rotorua.
