This beautiful split level home is modern and spacious.
Enter through the front door and walk down 2 steps to the lower level of the home where you will find 2 lounge areas, the kitchen, dining, laundry, powder room, and large double garage. The garage includes a 2 person sauna, and a Tesla charger.
Outside you will find a fully fenced grass area with outdoor furniture provided for your use and comfort. You will also find a spacious hot tub accessible from the dining room, the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and 1 private office.
- The master (bedroom 1) is very spacious with a large walk in wardrobe taking you through to the private ensuite. The ensuite has a big shower, toilet, and double vanity.
In the master you will sleep on a comfortable king bed with top quality linens.

- bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and a desk available for your use
- bedroom 4 has a queen size floor bed
You will also find a large bathroom upstairs with a double vanity, a bath, and a generous sized shower.
There is an abundance of storage in this property with large wardrobes in most rooms, and plenty of cupboard space throughout.
Parking:
There is a double garage to park 2 cars comfortably, with space to park up to 3 more additional cars in the driveway, however we don’t recommend more than 2 vehicles parked down the driveway as it can be difficult to turn your car around if cars obstruct the turning bay.
