It's just me in my sunny, spacious two-level '70s town-house with a beautiful private outlook over native bush. We share the lounge, open plan kitchen and dining area and bathroom. Your bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed, large wardrobe, dresser, bookshelf with all bedding and linen provided.
There's off-street parking or if you prefer public transport, bus stops nearby and it's only 3kms to Takapuna beach or city shops, restaurants and entertainment.
It's a modest abode but the company's convivial ;). I'm a well travelled, outgoing, creative professional in my sensational 60s.
My vocation in tour guiding follows 30+ yrs in editorial photography, corporate and travel writing, property renovation projects and gardening. I enjoy hiking, sailing, garden projects and time with family and friends.
I'm happy to show you local haunts or steer you toward other aspects of this wonderful country and city.
