As from September 2023, If couples wish to stay - this now will be only by our discretion. There now also will be a ticking of process, were has, after we politely show any guest/s inside our property, or Cottage, guests will then be required, **to please sign off Cottage that they are happy to stay, this allows anything that IF needs to be, to be remedied BEFORE staying and before leaving.
Before leaving *before 11am, owners require guest/s lest 30 mins to check out the Cottage, please do not leave key in Cottage with doors left opened.[ after owner checks cottage, guest hand key directly back to owner by hand, do not leave key in letter box. Thankyou .

Bookings with us Include self-help Breakfast for first 3 mornings, cereals, milk, yogurt, bread, baked beans, fruit, biscuits, bacon eggs.
Past years Friendly Feilding has become popular place to visit in NZ, Close to Palmerston north and Feilding where town meet Country, we enjoy sharing best of both worlds here with others who enjoy a bit of country living, but only short driving distance from town.
THE COTTAGE
Tucked away on private just under 5 acres of, the Country Cottage has a Pine tree entrance, long sweeping entrance front steps up to sun drenched front veranda sliding door, Back door ramp access. The Cottage is very light, clean tidy, safely fully furnished.

Friendly Fielding has alot to offer, Feild Days, and Feilding Rose Show start in November, while other Rose shows Bulls and Palmerston North. Enjoy our Spring Summer time Lambing season is hear now, and later in SPRING times only enjoy a walk in Blossom time in our YUM Plum Orchard, then fruits in DECEMEBER.
Just a short 8-15 min drive to your choice of either country or city town, the area has x2 nearby Golf corses. Feilding and near Palmerston North enjoy golf range at Orlandos beautifully laid out Golf Cafe Estate perfect visit. Nearby car are two sized Movie theaters in nearby townships.

Conditions pre booking Agreement
Gate is locked until arrival- we like to then meet great gate, and allow 2 mins to show in Cottage, this ensures both owner directly everything every thing everything.
Check in 10am, no later than 4pm please, Check out *before 11am.
1. No Smoking, No Alcohol, No chewing gum, No firearms, No drugs.
2. Verified only- [we will ask for any, all persons full names and address]
3. Please allow us owners 1 hr notice before arriving to Cottage.
4. Key will be handed to guest who booked, then collected in person by 10.30am we will personally collect key before guest/s leave.
5. This is a short stay / visit, No other guests or visitors allowed .
6. No parties.
