We are 12 minutes drive from Dunkeld, one of the most beautiful villages in Scotland. The famous towns of Crieff and Aberfeldy are approx 15 minutes and Pitlochry and Perth 25 minutes. You are perfectly situated in the heart of Scotland to explore this wonderful area with Dundee Airport, Edinburgh Airports or St. Andrews only an hours drive away.
Local sporting activities include hill walking, bird watching, fishing, cycling, quad biking, clay pigeon shooting, kayaking, white water rafting and golf. However many come here to take things easy and enjoy the stunning natural environment.
You can walk to the River Braan and fish for trout or swim in the Summer in good weather. From your holiday home it is very probable you'll see red deer, birds of prey and other wildlife close to the house. The only sounds at night are the call of barn owls or the wind in the trees as you count the stars in the sky from your balcony.
The owners live next door in their farmhouse which also dates back to the 1700's and are on hand to welcome you in a COVID-safe environment.
