This contemporary cosy cottage was completely refurnished in Autumn 2019. Inside you will find comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with dining table and TV (flat screen), DVD and wood-burning stove. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower/WC.
Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds. Bath/shower/WC.
The house is an all year round rental, and has Oil heating, and underfloor heating! There is a large garden, with a great big lawned area, terrace furniture, and also barbecue, not to mention this house has a very beautiful view of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen to the back of the cottage boasts an additional conservatory dining area – perfect to sit and chat surrounded by beautiful views as your food cooks. The private garden, which you can access from the kitchen is ideal for BBQs. Alternatively, there is an excellent gastro pub and restaurant within walking distance.
