Our 2-bedroom guesthouse comes with 1 king bed in the first bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living area. With the location close to the city, you will have easy access to local amenities, including Northlands Mall and Northlink shopping precinct, where you can indulge in some shopping or dine at the numerous cafes, bars and restaurants close by. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, with a dining area to enjoy them. The living room is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for entertainment and wifi & Netflix. The guesthouse also has a modern bathroom with a shower and all necessary amenities. The living area and main bedroom flow to the private fenced outdoor deck area. With double glazing, heating and cooling available you can rest easy with a comfortable temperature. The guesthouse is in close proximity to Bishopdale Park which has a fantastic children's playground and picnic area. The living room is comfortable with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a microwave and oven with a gas cooktop. We also provide basic cooking supplies, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. There is 1 carpark space allocated to the guesthouse. There is free street parking available and if you do not have a vehicle, there is a bus stop right nearby. I live onsite in a property next door and therefore I am able to assist with anything that may arise.
