Although you have peace and quiet for relaxation, you are conveniently located to any of the Mount Washington Valley's attractions. There is hiking access to Mt. Stanton right from the neighborhood and also a private association beach located on the Saco River. AMENITIES, AMENITIES, AMENITIES! This beautiful and extremely bright 2013 open concept home features natural pine cathedral ceilings, three bedrooms, two full baths, hot tub, ample parking in a paved driveway, both an indoor gas fireplace and outdoor gas fire pit, and a Weber gas grill on an oversized 28' deck. In November of 2022, a substantial "refresh" was completed -- full interior paint, all new carpet, new furniture, bedding, and decor. The home has a fully equipped granite kitchen with built-in microwave, gas stove, Keurig Duo coffee maker, toaster oven, crock pot, and Calphalon stainless steel cookware set. The dining table has seating for six and there is additional seating for three at the granite island. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen, you will find most, if not all, of the staples necessary for cooking (spices, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments, etc.). Upon arrival, you will find eight bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. In addition, eight spa towels are provided for hot tub use. All beds have mattress and pillow protectors, down alternative comforters and Serta allergen barrier hypoallergenic pillows. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with en suite bath and flat screen television. There are two first-floor bedrooms. The first has a queen-sized bed with a flat screen television. The other bedroom has full over full bunk beds with a private deck leading to the hot tub. For rainy day fun, the closet is stocked with more than a dozen family board games (Monopoly, Sorry, Clue, Scrabble, Rush Hour, playing cards, and cribbage board) There are even indoor snowballs for summer snowball fights! There is a Ring doorbell that monitors the driveway, front yard, and entry. There are no other cameras in or on the property.
