This lovely apartment boasts an elevated position, attached to the owner's home in the Scottish Borders village of St Abbs. With stunning views out across the sea from almost every room, this cottage offers a homely feel inside. With shared gardens and space to park your boat trailer to the side of the property, enjoy a lovely holiday in the company of family or friends. Climb the external staircase at the rear of the cottage and straight into the open-plan living room, where you have a sitting area looking out across the sea, a sofa bed and TV. The kitchen to the rear is compact yet fully equipped for preparing the family dinner. There are two bedrooms comprising a double and an adult bunk room, served by a shower room. The enclosed garden is shared with the owners out front, where you can relax on a warm summer's day and enjoy the coastal atmosphere. If you're lucky, you might even catch glimpses of dolphins gliding through choppy waters, as you light the barbecue and get ready to enjoy some quality time together outside. St Abbs is a delightful village with a colourful harbour and stunning views in every direction. Coldingham is popular with surfers and has a shop as well as a couple of pubs to choose from. Visit St Abb's Head National Nature Reserve to explore a wide variety of rare wildlife. You also have the capital city of Scotland just over an hour's drive away. Further afield are the Cheviot Hills within the Northumberland National Park, ideal for walking and outdoor adventure. This is the perfect place for a quality break with your family. Just over the Border into Scotland, St Abbs is a picturesque fishing village with a delightful harbour and fishermen's cottages hugging the hillside, situated on a beautiful stretch of Berwickshire coastline. Diving can be enjoyed from the harbour, while the nearby St Abb's Head National Nature Reserve has a rich variety of wildlife and is a paradise for birdwatchers! An ideal location for walks - the Cheviots, Scottish Borders and the spectacular coastline all offer excellent walking. There is a safe, sandy beach 3 miles away in nearby Coldingham, which is very popular with surfers.
