Summary: Had an issue gaining access as even the owner was locked out at the time we arrived. Was one of those situations where you just need to roll with it. The owner was incredibly apologetic and provided a free bottle of wine as an apology which I found a lovely gesture. The location itself is on a main road, but this is relatively quiet overnight and there is free parking at the rear of the building. The property is split over several levels with lots of stairs so may be an issue for anyone with mobility issues and it is slightly tried looking in parts. It is clean enough, comfy enough and the breakfast was ok. Overall my opinion is that it's one of these places where there are no major issues which would make me want to stay somewhere else, yet at the same time there is nothing that stands out so much that I'd want to rush back.
