The bedrooms are set up as 1 x double bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms (one with ensuite). The bedrooms each have a dresser/desk suitable for computer use. The rear private garden has a bench/table for eating out in the summer and a shared drying area.
Welcome pack of essential groceries will be provided on arrival. Any other specific items can be provided as long as they are ordered in advance. Weekly cleaning with fresh sheets & towels provided.
The apartment is within an easy walking aprrox 10-15 mins distance of the city centre and easy access to different bus routes to the business centres of Aberdeen. Aberdeen Royal Infirmary at Foresterhill is about an 8 - 10minute walk.
There is a Co-op, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy, bank, pub, restaurant, cafe, cheese shop and Oddbins all within a two minute walk of the apartment. Westburn and Victoria parks c/w indoor and outdoor tennis courts are about a 5minute walk.
