The ground floor consists of an open plan area with large openings that allow the sun in the house, overlooking the pool and garden offering stunning views to the sea. The living room has a fireplace, a sitting with comfortable sofas and a smart TV. Next to the living room is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a range of modern appliances where you can prepare breakfast or dinner for your loved ones.
On this level there is also the master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, 2 double bedrooms and a sharing bathroom with a shower.
