VILLA MARGARITA is a fully ground floor dwelling of 150 m2 constructed area consisting of living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and garage. It also has 15 m2 of exterior porches and a terrace that surrounds the entire house of 230 m2 and from which you can directly access the sea. The property has been completely renovated in 2017 and has cable TV, DVD, FM radio, CD, WIFI internet connection, Air Conditioning and Heating.
The house is located in the quiet and privileged area of exclusive residential character of Cala Gamba next to a small fishing club where you can taste the typical Mallorcan cuisine and practice nautical activities such as diving courses, canoe, etc. The area is very well connected with the coastal neighborhoods of La Ciudad Jardín, El Molinar and El Portixol, through a pedestrian promenade and bike path ideal for strolling by the sea, cycling or rollerblading.
