This self contained Townhouse has been beautifully renovated to reflect the expectations of the modern visitor whilst maintaining the historical integrity of the building, originally constructed in 1856.
It boasts beautiful spaces with unique character, from its Georgian red brick facade and internal period features still intact, offset by a designer interior. Visitors will enjoy the nuances of Heritage style with gorgeous furnishings which have been sourced from Tasmania and beyond.
The space

Townhouse 2 has a first floor entrance and is accessed by lockbox attached to the main gate. Around the back and up the stairs to access the fully secure Townhouse. It comprises of a spacious foyer/entrance room with a Queen bedroom off it. Through to the full kitchen lounge/dining room. We have a washing machine and dryer on this level too.
Upstairs we have another Queen bedroom. Also a large sunny attic bedroom with a pair of single beds and a single fold out lounge. On this level is the bathroom with shower & toilet.
Bedroom configurations are: 2 Queen bedrooms with queen beds. 1 large attic room with 2 single beds and a fold out single lounge.
All front facing windows have noise suppression screens fitted for your peaceful comfort.
The whole house is heated and cooled by an efficient AC system and panel heaters in some rooms.
Guest access
Located on Davey street right in the heart of the city. Literally cross the road to start your shopping experience at the iconic Salamanca Market. Picnic in the Idlic St Davids park across the road ( with our complementary basket and rug ) or stroll through the myriad of shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants on the waterfront, all within a stones throw.
From the city centre all venues can be accessed easily including MONA via the shuttle bus or more exciting, shooting up the Derwent on the Mona Ferry. All tourist bus pick up points including SkyBus are just a short walk away and can whisk you off to all points of Tasmania.

Note. Both townhouses can be booked for the larger groups if available.
PARKING: Car Parking is available at $20 P/N. Please check with host for availability of car space for your specific dates.
The townhouse has stairs to access different levels.
