This villa is a magnificent building which was constructed around 250 years ago on a hill between Artà and the sea. The location was a truly excellent choice, as even today you can view the paradisiacal landscape of green, lightly wooded hills which appear to melt into the deep blue Mediterranean Sea. When you step out of the car, you will be surrounded by absolute tranquillity, interrupted only by the chirping of birds and the swaying of the trees and palms. In front of you lies the stunning villa property with terraces that branch out on various storeys. The terrace area merges into the huge lounging lawn with a 10 x 5 m pool which faces the sea. The wonderful tree population lends the large garden a delightfully cosy and private atmosphere. If you are bringing children, there is plenty of room across the spacious grounds for them to play and run around, but this area is also excellent for relaxing on the comfortable loungers. The 2 x 2 m daybed is a great spot for some time alone. The pool can be entered via convenient, semi-circular steps and includes a jacuzzi zone where you can relax entirely. Right next to the house you will find a spacious, partially covered terrace with an awning. This is a delightful area to share meals together by gathering at the large table.
