There are 11 acres surrounding the property, take a walk around them to experience the beautiful fields, trees, wild flowers and wildlife that this cottage has to offer.

Aberdeen City (reachable in under 30 minutes) is a vibrant city on the Northeast Coast of Scotland, with a vast beach and a fantastic array of shops, restaurants, amusements and museums to visit when the weather is changeable. This area is a favourite for golfers with 55 gold Courses in Aberdeenshire.
